Shipping is currently only available to U.S. residents. There are four shipping options available:
Standard shipping:
Standard shipping cost is $8. Your order will be shipped through USPS and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Tracking and insurance are included with this option.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is provided on all orders that total to $50 or more (after discounts are applied, if any). Your order will be shipped through USPS and should arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Tracking and insurance are included with this option.
Local Pickup:
Local pickup is available for New York & New Jersey residents. Please be advised Pickup Location is located in Ozone Park, NY, 11417. If this location is too far for you, please consider an alternative method of shipment. If this method works for you, I will be in contact with you on a date and time your order will be ready for pickup, therefore, please pay attention to the method of communication you choose, which may include emails, text messages, or your social media inbox.
Local Drop off:
Local Drop off is available to residents located in zip codes 11417 and 11416 for a travel fee of $5. If you are located outside of these zip codes but would like consider this option, simply tap the “Contact Links” to discuss in more detail. Please do not consider this method if you are located outside of NYC or Long Island, the travel fee will be increased significantly.
Digital Products
All digital products are immediately available once check out process is complete and payment method is accepted. Your digital product will be downloaded onto the decide the purchase is made on. It is highly recommended to create an account at checkout to easily access digital products after purchases are made.
There are absolutely NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES on digital products once purchased.
Virtual & In Person Services
All virtual & in person services come with ONE free consultation where a contract will be agreed upon by both parties regarding the terms of service. Each client will receive their own unique service contract created with the owner of Intentions of Light© upon completion of payment for service.
