Refund Policy
All products at Intentions of Light© are unique in every way. There are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES once your order is complete.
Intentions of Light Custom Orders
Processing time for all orders is anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks. Orders also work on a first come first serve basis. Intentions of Light© is dedicated to providing quality over quantity. If at anytime there are an influx of orders, new orders may be waitlisted and you will be notified. If you have further questions, feel free to message me at anytime using the “Contact Links” tab.
If you have placed a custom order and no longer want your order to be fulfilled you may have a refund of 50% of the total amount of your order. Any discount codes used at time of purchase will no longer be valid after refund. You have 3 days to contact me after placing your order to qualify for a 50% refund.
If your item is damaged upon receiving, you have 3 days to notify me. I am unable to return or exchange items considering no two items I create are alike. However depending on the damage I will be able to issue a store credit, that you can use towards a future purchase at anytime.
If you suspect your package has been lost or stolen in transit, please contact the shipping carrier ASAP. After your package is mailed, I am no longer responsible, however if you are having trouble you may contact me and I will try to help you locate your package to the best of my ability.
Payment Methods
As of right now all orders placed through my website can be fulfilled by paying with a valid credit or debit card through Stripe, GooglePay or ApplePay.
In some instances if you modify your order & your total increases I will be able to accept Venmo, Apple Cash, CashApp, or Cash (for local drop off/ pick up ONLY, must be exact change). If you would like to consider one of these payment methods please contact me directly.
